The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66684 of 2019 and for extension of the period to surrender in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 24.10.2019, three persons including the two petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but petitioners could not be informed about the order in time. Lalan Singh, one of the co-accused, was also granted anticipatory bail and he surrendered in the court below within time. The petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8463 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 could not surrender in the court below due to the reasons beyond the control of the petitioners.
