The petitioner is in custody since 01. 04. 2014, in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that son of the informant, aged about eight years, was taken away by the petitioner and co-accused Manjay Rai. Later on, the boy was returned in the village. It is submitted that in similar facts and circumstances, one of the co-accused Manjay Rai has been granted bail vide order dated 27. 08. 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35430 of 2014. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45414 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 with the following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
