The petitioner Niraj Shukla @ Niraj Kumar Shukla is in custody in Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 under Section 395 I.P.C.

Case diary was called for. Perused the case diary. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the only evidence against the petitioner is to the effect that petitioner was helping in selling the looted petrol and he has confessed before the police. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2015. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I direct that the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50448 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner and the other should be the local bailor.
