Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 529 of 2019 for the offence under section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol was recovered. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty
