2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons including the petitioner are alleged to have cheated Rs. 9,00,000/- from the victim in the name of providing job.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2025 having two criminal

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that amount has been transferred in the bank account of petitioner's wife.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of allegation as alleged against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
