Let the defects, if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18618 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/3 knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner within two weeks, the prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

Other petitioners do not bear such allegation of commission of injury on any vital part of the body nor they have got any criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioners, namely, Subodh Kumar Singh @ Subodh Kumar and Sanjana Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Shambhuganj Police Station Case No.134 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the
