Though the petitioner complains that his transfer from Buxar has been made before expiry of 3 years as stipulated in the guidelines but considering that a period of more than two and half years has lapsed and the petitioner has been posted from Buxar to Darbhanga, I am not persuaded to interfere with the order of transfer.
The writ petition is disposed of.
