The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kuraskanta (Kuari) P.S. case No.18/2013 under Section 304/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner himself brought two dead bodies in the Primary Health Centre and disclosed that he injected the injection taking the same to be of Hepatitis B to them but the doctor after perusing the vial found that the vial was of SAMVAC, which is injected at the time of operation for relaxing the muscles, and on account of such wrong injection both the deceased died. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent. The petitioner is a technically trained person. The aforesaid drug is generally used under anesthesia.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24697 of 2016 (3) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 It appears that petitioner is a quack and he injected wrong injection to both the deceased on account of which they died.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
