2. The present application has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to stop the ongoing illegal construction of Garbage House which has deliberately and wrongly been constructed upon Khata No. 756, Khesra No. 837 in Mauza Hardas Bigha, Block-Khusrupur.

3. The project is almost complete. In these circumstances, this Court cannot interfere in the matter.
