The petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No.424 of 2019, registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 10 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of poultry house of Santosh Kumar Mahto and the petitioner was staying there at the time of recovery of liquor. The petitioner was apprehended from the poultry house itself.

Considering the fact that for recovery of 10 litres of liquor, the petitioner has remained in jail since 31.12.2019, petitioner, namely, Sant Kishor Raj is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
