2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 313, 506, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From reading the F.I.R., it appears that the victim had a consensual sexual relationship with the petitioner. They had developed liking for each other while working together in street play.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Mahila (Patna) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
