Mr. Siyaram Shahi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in similar matter the order of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in CWJC No. 19790 of 2016 was challenged by one Sunita Sinha in LPA No. 81 of 2018 which was dismissed on 22.02.2018. Mr. Shahi submits that in view of the observations made in LPA No. 81 of 2018, the petitioner-association of this writ petition may be granted liberty to move the Principal Secretary for redressal of the grievance of the members of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.9125 of 2018(2) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 petitioner-association.
In case any person is aggrieved, he may approach the Principal Secretary by filing representation within a period of one month from today and the Principal Secretary may pass appropriate order on such representation in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of such representation along with a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
