2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Sections 406, 379, 411/34 of the Penal Code in connection with a vehicle which became traceless at the instance of driver of the vehicle Tutu Yadav. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of the confessional statement of Rakesh Kumar Singh recorded in Paragraph 40 of the case diary. Petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 01.08.2013.
3. Let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2011.
