The petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 20.05.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34, 304(B) and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and due to the fact that the daughter of the informant fell to give birth to any child.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation, evidence has come that the victim committed suicide. This is not in dispute that the dead body of the victim was

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 367 of 2014, arising out of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned A.D.J. II, Gaya.
The petitioner may renew prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within one year. Let the trial be expedited.
