Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and informant admitted in his fardbeyan that at the time of death of the deceased, petitioner was not present at his house. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that no external injury was found on her person and cause of death was asphyxia due to hanging. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Jalalpur P.S.
