Earlier, when the matter was called Mr. Subroteshwar De, learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the sole petitioner has already died and, as such, he prayed for two weeks time to file substitution petition, however, no interlocutory application has been filed for substituting the names of the legal heirs of the petitioner.

3. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party number 1. From perusal thereof, it appears that in compliance of the order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner was duly considered by the Ara Municipal Corporation, in terms

4. Considering the fact that the final order has already been passed negating the claim of the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
