2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 132, 308(5), 76, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that in drunken condition, this petitioner assaulted women constables and other police personnel as a result of which some of them sustained injuries. Petitioner has also got four criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory
