Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) /(C)of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from the house of Dhananjay. Petitioner is of different village, however he was there. Hence, suspected in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12739 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No.284 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
