2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the authority has been issued by the Accountant General, Bihar to the Treasury Officer, Patna. However, the same has not been credited into the account of the petitioner.

3. Treasury Officer, Patna is directed to forthwith credit the pension amount into the Bank account of the petitioner within not beyond a period of two days from the date of communication of this order.

4. In case of failure, the petitioner may take appropriate legal action against the Treasury Officer, Patna.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
