The petitioner seeks bail in Kursakanta (Sonamani) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Pradip Singh fired, but the informant saved himself. Thereafter, Bimal Singh the petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have fired, but the shot did not hit the informant Vidyanand Singh. It is further alleged that Shyamanand Singh took pistol from Bimal Singh and fired which hit on the hand and below the chest of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shyamanand Singh is not the petitioner in this case. The informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49155 of 2014 (3) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 got pellet injury and the doctor described the injury as simple. The petitioners are in jail since 22.07.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the firing made by the petitioner no. 1 and 3 did not hit the informant and petitioner no. 2 Bhanu Singh is an order giver and they have remained in jail since 22.07.2014, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Kursakanta (Sonamani) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2013.
