This application is filed for Modification of order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18218 of 2021. In view of statement made in paragraph No.1 of the present modification application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the condition laid down for grant of bail is modified to the extent that the I.G., Tirhut division, shall submit a report with respect to the criminal antecedent of the petitioner from all the district falling under his jurisdiction and the report is expected to be submitted before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks. The Court below shall exercise its jurisdiction after obtaining the report and if it is found that no other criminal cases is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner shall be released forthwith on the condition mentioned in the order dated 13.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.
