Petitioner is accused in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015 registered under Sections 376/511 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that the petitioner entered in the house of the informant Bindu Devi on 30.05.2015 at 3.00 pm. and made attempt to commit rape.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, petitioner is nephew of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. Further, submission is that while the occurrence is said to be of 30.05.2015, but the informant gave her written statement on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48340 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 03.06.2015, on which basis case has been instituted. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2015 and she has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015.
