The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that she is second wife of the deceased and the petitioner called the deceased and got him murdered with the help of co-accused.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on basis of suspicion, it is next submitted that informant herself was the

No.9430 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/3 second wife of the deceased and was suspected that deceased was having illicit relationship with the petitioner, it is also submitted that if the deceased was having illicit relationship with the petitioner then there was absolutely no occasion for the petitioner to get the deceased killed, it is also submitted that informant is not an eye-witness to the occurrence and the entire allegation hinges around suspicion, it is next submitted that petitioner is a lady and she has been implicated merely out of animosity as the informant without any basis used to suspect her husband that she was having relationship with the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
