The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2014 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the course of investigation rifle and seven cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, the license of the said rifle is in favour of the son of the petitioner since 1999 which has been issued under the Arms

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014.
