2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for setting aside the judgment dated 8.12.2023 passed by learned Member Judicial, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.553 of 2022 by which in exercising the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3083 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/3 jurisdiction under section 9 and 14 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act he has dismissed the case filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order of Collector;

(ii) for setting aside the order dated 26.7.2022 passed by the Collector, Vaishali in Basgit Parcha Revision Case No.38 of 2014-15 whereby he has dismissed the revision preferred by the petitioner under the provisions of Bihar Privilege Persons Home Stead Tenancy Act and affirmed the order of the Circle Officer, Mahna;

(iii) for setting aside the order dated 5.4.2013/6.4.2013 passed by the Circle Officer, Mahnar in Basgit Parcha Case No.04 of 2011-12 whereby Basgit Parcha has been issued in favour of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3083 of 2024(2) dt.05-04-2024 3/3 private respondent no.4 and 5 with respect to the land of petitioner bearing Khata No.29 Plot No.764, having an area of 412 dec. situated at villageHarpur Fatikwara, AnchalMahnar within the district of Vaishali.

(iv) for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be availing remedy before an appropriate Court.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of granting such liberty.
