JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 504/2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 290, 353, 307, 326, 332, 436, 379, 283, 337, 285 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been named in the first information report allegedly on the basis of local informations and video footage but the petitioner has not been identified on the place of occurrence. Learned counsel submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and there is no allegation that the petitioner

Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been named in the first information report allegedly on the basis of local information and video footage but the petitioner has not been identified on the place of occurrence and further no incriminating material has been recovered from the house of the pettioner and there is no allegation that the petitioner has caused assault to anybody, let the above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Kaimuar at Bhabua, in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 504/2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e.

(i) a condition that the person shall make himself
