The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Unknown criminals caused fire-arm injury and robbed to the brother of the informant. The informant did not express any suspicion on anyone. However, during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused name of the petitioner surfaced.
Submission is that some other co-accused have already been allowed bail. The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2020.
The petitioner has got a log list of criminal antecedents as disclosed in para-3 of the bail petition.

No.12667 of 2021(4) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner for further detention as under-trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
