The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43841 of 2013 and this Court, vide order dated 21st October 2013, rejected the same.

At this stage, this Court does not feel inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, the court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded by the aforesaid period, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
