2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to avail remedy of appeal under Section 9(6)(a) of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection for
Patna High Court CWJC No.16571 of 2016(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 the same.
4. Permission granted.
5. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
6. Needless to add, the Collector of the district shall decide the appeal, on filing, in accordance with law within the prescribed period.
7. The delay, if any, in filing the appeal, is directed to be condoned.
