The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Election

Patna High Court CWJC No.8440 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 Tribunal in summoning ballot papers. I find no infirmity in the direction issued which is much within the jurisdiction vested in the Munsif-cum- Election Tribunal.

There is no error in exercise of jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed.
