ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 21-04-2025 Upon repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, Learned counsel for the State and Learned counsel for the Union of India is present.

2. It has been stated by counsel for the State and Union of India that from last three occasions, petitioner is not coming to defend this case.

3. Vide orders dated 17.03.2025 and 07.04.2025, it transpires to this Court that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned for one week. Today also, no one appears on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8567 of 2018(7) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner.

4. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.
