The petitioner claims to be the Secretary of Managing Committee of Radhanandan Sanskrit Prathmik-cum-Uchch Vidyalaya, Koharwalia in the district of Siwan. A direction is being sought commanding the respondents to grant recognition to this school on the basis of school inspection report submitted by the Assistant Inspector, Bihar Sanskrti Shiksha Board, Patna, as contained in letter dated 22.06.1992.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20048 of 2016 dt.06-12-2017 2/2 The petitioner has approached this court more than twenty four years after the submission of the said report dated 22.06.1992 in compliance of order dated 24.01.1991 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 757/1990 of this court.

In view of the apparent delay, no relief sought by the petitioner can be granted. The petitioner however, shall be at liberty to approach the authorities afresh for grant of recognition which shall be considered on the basis of fresh material taking into account the merits of the claim of the petitioner for grant of such recognition.
