The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondent No.7 to select the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika of Ward No.7 at Centre Code No.259 of the village- Madhepur by setting aside the letter of selection of respondent No.8 as her name was not mentioned in the original selection list and the same has

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner ought to raise his grievances before the original forum according to the guidelines framed for appointment of Aanganwari Sevika and Sahayika. As such, the petitioner ought to avail his remedy before the original forum first then come to the High Court.

4. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievances before the appropriate forum as mentioned in the Aanganwari Guidelines.
