2. This Criminal Revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 21.07.2017 passed in G.R. Case No. 3427 of 2012 (arising out of Mahila PS Case No. 15 of 2012) whereby, learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar acquitted the Respondents No. 2 to 6 from the charges punishable under

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.276 of 2019(6) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 sections 323, 341, 498A, 494/34 of the IPC.

3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner on 25.03.2019. It is barred by time and for condoning the delay in filing the present criminal revision petition, an Interlocutory Application No. 01/2019 has also been filed by the petitioner which stood dismissed by this Court on 24.08.2023 itself for want of prosecution. Thus, as of now, the instant petition has become time barred.

4. Furthermore, even today, when the matter was called out, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Resultantly, this petition is dismissed on both the grounds, firstly as time barred as well as for non prosecution. (Arvind Singh Chandel , J) perwez U T
