2. The present application is filed for initiating the contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for non compliance of the order dated 18.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8570 of 2022.

3. Counsel for the State submits that District Magistrate, Bhojpur has passed order on 23.09.2023 in compliance of the order dated 18.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8570 of 2022. He submits that petitioner may challenge the same, if he has any grievance from the order.

4. As such, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that he has any grievance left, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
