Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted the privilege of of anticipatory bail by order dated 4-8-2023 in Cr. Misc No. 41197 of 2023 (Ram Padarath Singh @ Ram Padarath Prasad Singh and Anr. vs. the State of Bihar). It is next submitted that order the dated 4-8-2023 passed in Cr. Misc No. 41197 of 2023

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10854 of 2024(3) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 records in detail the reasons for granting the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners of the said case. It is thus submitted that since the case of the petitioners is akin to the case of the petitioners of Cr. Misc No. 41197 of 2023, as such on parity petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
