Smt. Shilpa Singh -GA-12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2021 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.03.2017 passed by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Khagaria.

By the aforesaid order, the concerned Officer has directed the Block Development Officer, Khagaria to make an inquiry relating to the complaint of the petitioner and submit a report.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no such report has been submitted and the grievance of

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Khagaria again and remind him that the directions given by him for enquiry by the Block Development Officer, Khagaria has not yet been concluded. On receipt of such application, necessary order shall be passed by the concerned officer/ authority within a reasonable period of time and the petitioner shall be made known of the order passed on such representation.
