2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 323, 324, 326, 341, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. On a trivial dispute between children, the families fought and in that two petitioners are said to have given blow on the deceased due to which she died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8851 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 petitioners are in custody since 11.11.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the fact that the offense has been committed on a grave and sudden provocation, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur/concerned Court in connection with Angarghat P.S.
