Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits at the Bar that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the judgment dated 12.09.2023 rendered by the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9736 of 2012, wherein the learned single Judge directed the Civil Surgeron, Banka to ensure payment in equal share to all the legal heirs/representatives of the deceased employee within a period of four weeks from the date of
