2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant' son with iron rod and fists, as a result of which, he sustained injuries. Further, all the accused persons took away Rs. 3000/- cash and other articles from his shop.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that on exactly
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13791 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 similar footing, some co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 30060 of 2023 and 28393 of 2023. The injuries are simple and the parties have compromised the case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-Ist, Sherghati Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
