Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Three unknown persons robbed the bag containing cash of the informant. Allegation is that the looted cash was recovered from possession of the petitioners and one more accused person.

Submission is that the petitioners were never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation. They are in custody since 24.03.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8953 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 127 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
