Misc. No. 13875 of 2018 vide order dated 05.04.2018 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks but due to the reason assigned in the present application i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 10257 of 2019 the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time granted by this Court.

Considering the compelling circumstance indicated in the Cr. Misc. No. 10257 of 2019 the time granted vide order dated 05.04.2018 is extended upto 07.03.2019. The aforesaid modification may be read in the order dated 05.04.2018.
