The petitioner seeks bail in case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 13.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31047 of 2014. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others killed Pati Pandit and his wife. The petitioner was found fleeing from the place of occurrence having Tangi in his hands. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 234/2013. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within nine
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47267 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 P2/2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
