Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 424, 504, 506, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms

It is alleged that petitioner No. 2 assaulted the informant with sickle(Katchia) on her head whereas petitioner No. 1 resorted to fire which hit over the arm of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant received injury on her lef arm which is not a vital part. The petitioner No. 1 works in Indian Army and petitioner No. 2 is a student. Hence, non-grant of bail to the petitioners will jeopardize their future career.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020,
