The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons, variously armed, came to the house of the informant and fired indiscriminately, damaged the house and also threatened them.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation made in the F.I.R. is denied by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8843 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 the petitioners.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakole (Rupau) P.S.
