The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kawakol (Rupou) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Branch Manager of Gramin Bank. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
