The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2022 and there is a recovery of 120 liters of foreign liquor from the Dickey of Alto Car, not a person and possession of the petitioner.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise-Cum-A.D.J.-IV, Kaimur At Bhabhua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2022.
