Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., one person was killed and three persons were injured by the accused persons. The petitioners are the assailants.

It is being contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the names of these petitioners have wrongly

Considered the submissions of the parties.

The petitioners are assailants of the deceased as well as injured persons. It seems that the petitioners are tampering with the evidence. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
