2. The stand taken on behalf of the respondent no. 5 today is that only due to certain formalities not completed by the petitioner, payment of family pension and arrears thereof have not been paid.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she

Learned counsel for respondent no. 5 and Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Bettiah Branch, who was present in Court took a stand that they would facilitate completion of formalities by the petitioner upon her coming to the Branch and thereafter payment shall be credited into her account.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent no. 5, within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order. The respondent no. 5 shall ensure that all legal formalities are completed within two working days and thereafter actual payment shall be made to the petitioner latest by first week of February, 2018. In the meantime, the petitioner shall also ensure that whatever documents are required, are obtained by her and taken to the respondent no. 5 when she visits his office.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 points out that in the P.P.O. order issued by the Accountant General, the date of birth has not been mentioned. The Court would clarify the matter at this juncture. The respondent no. 5 shall take the date of birth as recorded in the file relating to account of the petitioner which shall further be verified with the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar Card.
