At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that as per the instruction, entire amount of pension and other retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. The aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the State is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of.
